Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to "The Other Side" content provided by Coory & Associates Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our content, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Subscription Fees

  • The subscription fee for "The Other Side" is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and the value is subject to the subscription level you select.

  • The available subscription levels are:

    • Exclusive Side Member: $4.50 per month (plus 45c GST)

    • Exclusive Side Super Supporter: $9 per month (plus 90c GST)

    • Exclusive Side MEGA Supporter: $18 per month (plus $1.80 GST)

    • Epic One Time Supporter: One-time payment options of $100, $200, or $500 (plus GST)

  • Fees will be charged on a monthly basis from the date of your subscription (for recurring subscriptions).

  • All payments will be processed automatically through the payment method you provide upon subscription.

 

3. Subscription Benefits

By subscribing, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Early access to "The Other Side" show before it airs, delivered via email with a private link.

  • Access to Q&A Sessions with Damian Coory, the host of "The Other Side."

  • Behind-the-scenes content

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@othersideaus.com

  • Upon cancellation, you will still have access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

 

5. Payment and Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

  • You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee.

 

6. Changes to Subscription Features and Fees

  • We reserve the right to modify the subscription price or benefits. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

  • If the subscription fee increases, you will be given at least 30 days' notice to opt out of the subscription.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided as part of your subscription (videos, behind-the-scenes content, etc.) is owned by Coory & Associates Pty Ltd.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the subscription content for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms.

  • In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Coory & Associates Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses of any kind, arising from your use of the subscription service.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with all state, territory and federal laws of, Australia.
